Cello Performance

Picture
Hugh has played the cello since the age of 6, with an estimated 1,000 concerts, 27 CDs, and 200 premieres of new works to his credit. Hugh no longer plays in concert halls, choosing to make music in natural settings, alongside creeks, in paleolithic caves, and in abandoned castles, towers and factories. Hugh's project in large old buildings, moving from room to room to improvise with each space, is known as CelloHouse.
